# Redeem Rewards

**What can I redeem for?**

You can redeem your earned XP for the digital and physical rewards listed on the Rewards page.

Use your XP to redeem physical and digital rewards such as wearables to upgrade your Avatar, merch & swag, basketball tickets, exclusive experiences and discounted products/services.

**How do I redeem my Rewards?**

To redeem Rewards, you must have a large enough XP balance on your [Profile.](https://heatcheck.gitbook.io/heatcheck/view-your-profile)

You will be emailed and notified in-app with a notification when you become eligible for the rewards. Rewards will be given on a first come, first served basis since they are in low supply!
